ALL THE "DRESSINGS" THIS THANKSGIVING

As much as we would all like to look as cute as possible on Thanksgiving, we all know that the food is more important than the fashion when it comes to this holiday. But, there are ways to look cute while still dressing for comfort so that you can consume as much turkey as you want and look good doing it. Plus, each look is sure to impress your relatives while still allowing room for dessert.
Favorite Sweater & Baggy Trousers

Keep it simple and easy by grabbing your favorite sweater that you have been sporting all season and pair it with a pair of baggy trousers. Trousers are a lot less constricting on the waist than jeans and are often adjustable. Let the sweater hang over your waistline for some extra coverage or give the front a little tuck so your sweater is baggy, giving you some extra room.
Classic Plaid Skirt

A plaid skirt on Thanksgiving is a classic. We advise going for any style of skirt that you prefer, but it is probably your best bet to opt for an elastic waist, as opposed to a button fly or zip up. The skirt will basically fit no matter how much food you consume, what more could you ask for? Depending on the weather where you are, pair it with a cozy sweater or a cool tee shirt!
Peasant Dress

The most obvious figure hiding piece, a dress. To keep things seasonal and also Thanksgiving appropriate, peasant dresses are a great option. They are typically midi length, making it easy to wear with boots or sneakers, and they provide a good amount of coverage up top. They come in all colors, either solid prints or in feminine floral prints.
Jumpsuit

A jumpsuit can be a great way to look put together without having to give much effort and also getting away with looking like you got all dressed up even though you are the most comfortable. There are so many different styles to choose from, as well as colors and patterns. To keep warm you can throw a cardigan over it or a leather jacket to keep it chic.
All of these ideas are guaranteed to have you looking fashion-forward while also staying comfortable and most importantly, ready to eat.
