How long do items stay in my shopping cart?

Deals on Designers prides itself on the one-of-a-kind high-quality styles available for purchase. To ensure there is a maximum selection of items available for sale to our customers at any given time, Deals on Designers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the amount of time any item may remain in a customer's cart. What does it mean if an item is 'Reserved in Cart'?

Because each item is unique, when a customer places an item in their cart, it becomes unavailable. Items will show as “Reserved in Cart” when they are in a shopping cart but have not yet been purchased. Keep an eye out, it could become available if it the order is not placed!

How do I know if the clothing is in good condition?

All clothing is either new or gently used and is made by your favorite brands and designers. Our preloved clothing is meticulously selected and inspected for any hardware malfunctions, fabric tears, color fading or size deformities and goes through five separate quality control stations to ensure you are happy with your purchase! All items will include descriptions of their condition. Items are examined in detail and labeled according to their condition. If there are any small markings or damages to be aware of, they will be included in the item description.

What are “New with Tags” items?

“New with Tags” items are items that have not yet been worn or used. They come with original tags from your favorite brands and designers but are sourced from secondhand suppliers. It’s your lucky day - brand new clothing at secondhand prices!

Does Deals on Designers charge sales tax?
[ + ]

Sales tax obligations apply to all sellers, therefore Deals on Designers collects sales tax on all orders shipped within the U.S, with tax rates depending on the shipping address zip code.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our processor, Stripe, as well as Paypal.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. You can review your order details including tracking information by logging into your Deals on Designers account and navigating to your Order History page. 

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We work to process orders as quickly as possible and ensure our customers receive orders promptly. Due to the nature of our expeditious fulfillment, any cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and must be submitted to our Customer Service team at support@dealsondesigners.com.

Do you ship orders to addresses outside the U.S.?

Deals on Designers only ships to addresses within the U.S. We hope to be able to ship to customers outside the U.S. very soon!

What are your shipping and handling fees?

All standard shipping is FREE of charge on ALL orders! Shipping fees include postage costs and vary depending on your preferred delivery speed, either standard or express. 

Handling fees are fixed and included in the cost of the item purchased. Two distinct orders placed separately cannot be sent in one shipment and shipping fees will apply to each of them. All orders are carefully and professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.

How quickly will my package arrive?

Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, USPS, and FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. During holiday or busy seasons, order fulfillment may exceed our typical 2-day turnaround. The Deals On Designers team will make every effort to alert you if your order is significantly delayed. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with email updates to track your package online.

What is your return policy?

If there’s a problem with your order/item or the item is not as described, please email support@dealsondesigners.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

Returns are accepted for up to 14 days after your item is delivered for a full refund, so long as the item satisfies the following criteria:

- All items are in their original condition

- All of the tags are attached (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)

- All items have not been worn

- All items are free of any odors

- All items are free of stains or tears

Simply place the items you don't want back in their packaging and email support@dealsondesigners.com for a return label and next steps. Please ensure all of the items are securely packaged, so they are not damaged in transit.

All return labels are FREE. Returns will be processed and will be available in your account 5-10 business days after Deals on Designers receives your return order

How do I return an item?

To process a return, please email support@dealsondesigners.com and we will provide you with a return label and instructions on next steps. Returns are accepted for up to 14 days after your item is delivered for a full refund, so long as the item is in its original condition with tags (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached).

Do you have a sizing guide?

We put together a Size Conversion Chart using the typical sizes and measurements across brands and countries. You can view our Size Conversion Chart. However, sizes can vary widely, so be sure to take a look at the item measurements under the item description.

How can I ensure an item will fit?

We know sizes can vary widely across brands, which is why we hand-measure all of our items and provide measurements under the item description. Take a look at our Measurement Guide for more details.

Do you accept donations?

Deals on Designers partners with RewearAble, a non-profit that provides employment opportunities to people with disabilities, for clothing donations.

RewearAble is a green non-profit designed to provide sustainable employment for adults with disabilities while helping the environment by recycling clothing.

RewearAble conducts collection and initial sorting of clothing for Deals on Designers. Every time our customers refresh their wardrobe with that new “designer find,” they enable a person with disabilities to earn an income and increase independence through steady employment.

RewearAble collects clothing of all types, sizes, and condition, and their sorting and cleaning process ensures everything collected is prepared for reuse or repurposing.
